Summary	1351: unable to delete vlan prefix
Description	i have a vlan that was created incorrectly in our database and i need to delete it but im unable to do so. the 'delete this prefix' option is greyed out, also when i browse to the IPv4 section and click on the delete tab im unable to do so. there are no ips assigned under that vlan. i am able to create new vlans and delete those but not this one.
Steps To Reproduce	created new test vlan, deleted it successfully

andriyanov 2014-10-27 16:41 reporter ~0002533	Is that a VLAN in some domain or an IP prefix you can not delete ? If it is a VLAN, it may have IP prefix assigned to it that restricts you from deleting it.

jh3rn 2014-10-27 16:53 reporter ~0002535	its an ip prefix. ive made sure i deleted any and all ips from that vlan that were being assigned to a server/object so its completely empty. unfortunately the vlan was created so large (/20) that it uses up other ip space for new vlans. if i create a new vlan within that space i am able to delete it afterwards but it just messes things up from an organizational point of view. is that something that can be deleted via the db rather than the gui?
