Summary	316: adding AC-in for blade switches is wrong
Description	Current SNMP code creates AC-in ports for all Catalyst switches, including CBS-3030 and CBS-3032. These are blade modules, which draw power from the chassis, so the code needs a fix. All other ports added by RackTables have been confirmed to match actual connectors.
