Summary | 825: Objects placed in container are displayed without rack allocation information
Description | When an object is placed within a container, it should display the containers "Rackspace allocation". This was an earlier issue that was fixed in version 0.19.11, but the problem is now back.
Steps To Reproduce | - Create a "Server Chassis" object. - Place it in a rack - Create a "Server" object. - Set the Server Chassis as container Recreated both locally and on demo.racktables.org
Additional Information | See http://bugs.racktables.org/view.php?id=432 for earlier bug report.
Tags | No tags attached. | ||||
This problem also affects linking. Having the checkbox "Nearest racks" checked when trying to link a blade server to a switch in the same rack as the container chassis will never show you any linkable ports. |
|
Both problems you mentioned have been resolved. Thanks for the report. |
