Summary0001789: No one can login after upgrade
DescriptionWe recently upgraded from 0.20.12 to 0.20.13 using the Red Hat packaged version of RackTables. Once the upgrade completed no one but admin can login. I did have to do the database upgrade separately and everything was backed up before the database upgrade.
Steps To ReproduceAttempt to login, login screen returns with username and password blank, infinitely.
TagsNo tags attached.

Do I understand it right that first you had upgraded the RPM only and that made RackTables detect the database version mismatch and prompt for RackTables administrator credentials to upgrade, and before those credentials were provided and the database upgrade completed any other usage was impossible? If so, did it get back to normal after providing the RackTables administrator credentials and making through the suggested database upgrade?

It had not gone back to normal after the database upgrade. However I did discover someone's misguided attempt to set RackTables up for ldap authentication, which I know it can do but the config was hosed. Once I switched it back to database authentication it all fell back in line.

Switching back to database authentication corrected the issue.
