Summary	456: Allow SNMP tool to be enabled for other devices
Description	More and more infrastructure is becoming 'smart', servers have BMC and IPMI modules that respond to SNMP, and even power strips & PDUs can be monitored with SNMP. It should be possible to enable SNMP Sync for (almost) any item.
