Summary	601: Add ability to reverse rack unit order from (top (xx) bottom (1)) to (top (1) bottom (xx))
Description	We have some network racks which break the standard rack design by starting at 1 on the top of the rack and count up towards the floor. It would be nice to have a "Reverse" checkbox to change the rack order around so these odd racks are displayed accurately.
Steps To Reproduce	Get a weird rack that starts counting from the top.
