Summary	355: unhandy port types for patch panels
Description	As patch panels are passive, ports of patch panels (esp. the future "linked" ones) should not be of "active" typed (1000BaseTX et al) but of the type of cable/connector that is used; e.g. "SC/APC9°-duplex OS2", "LC/PC-duplex OM4" or "RJ45 Cat7/SSTP". The port compatability matrix can then be derived from relevant standards (perhaps even regarding the internal link-length of the linked patchpanels? e.g. 10GBaseSR works on 100m of OM3 but only 55m of OM2)
