The comment is for the rackspace history view (Main page : Rackspace -> History). It is not intended to be linked with the object or current rackspace allocation. May I close this request?

Maybe the title could be changed to "Add History Comment here" or something.

Next versions will have it as 'Comment (for Rackspace History)'. Thanks for feedback.
