Summary301: better treatment of "reserved" ports
Description"Reserved" ports are currently omitted from the list of "spare" ports in pop-up. To link such ports, one needs to open the "opposite" object and to remove the reservation. What is proposed is that with LINK_SPARE_PORTS set to "on" such "reserved" ports could be also listed in the SELECT. Upon clicking the "Link" and reaching linkPortForObject() such reservation, if it exists, shall be removed, and the link recorded the normal way.

This trick would save time in environments, which assume, that reserved ports end up either linked or freed back up.

Things to complete before this work:
1. Introduce a new naming scheme for nameless objects:
server #123
network switch 456
PDU 182

2. Restore ports sorting order in the pop-up SELECT.
